Who processes your data?

What data do we use and why?
We process your name, contact details, organisation or group name, event type, preferred dates, group size and message to assess your enquiry, contact you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or agreement.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into an agreement. We do not use this information for newsletters or other marketing without separate consent.
Recipients and security
Only authorised staff and our hosting and email service providers receive access where technically necessary. The form is protected with validation, spam controls and encrypted connections. To prevent abuse, we process a hashed technical network identifier in server memory for no more than fifteen minutes.
Retention
If an enquiry does not lead to a booking, we retain the correspondence for no more than twelve months after the last contact. If you book, statutory and administrative retention periods apply to the agreement.
